Warriors, Apprentices, and Other Things

*She leaps onto High Rock, wincing as she put presure on her paw with the snagged claw.*

Just wanted to say thanks for those who helped drive away the badger, but we are here to make two warriors. Bluepaw and Scorchpaw, please step forward. Do you promise to uphold the warrior and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?

Then, by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Bluepaw, from this moment you will be known as Bluetail. Scorchpaw, you shall be known as Scorchfoot.

*The clan cheers for them while Miststar bit her lip.*

Although Sweetpaw was not here to join them, we also have five apprentices to make. Arrowkit, Whitekit, Sparkkit, and Shinekit, you all will now be known as Arrowpaw, Whitepaw, Sparkpaw, and Shinepaw. Arrowpaw, Blackstripe will mentor you, and Dewdrop, you will mentor Whitepaw. Twistedfoot, you will teach what you know to Sparkpaw. Shinepaw, your mentor will be Brookshadow. Lastly, Nightpaw, Stormwater will mentor you.

*Mentors and apprentices touch noses.*

As you know, Rosepaw and Nightpaw are back, yet they will suffer consiquences. A-And that Sweetpaw didn't make it back as well as Darkeningsky was killed. Nightpaw, you will be searching the elders for ticks until a moon has passed. As for Rosepaw, cleaning out all the dens will be your new job for a moon. Oh, and just just so this doesn't happen again, you must stay away from each other until your punishments are up. Last, Rainfall has given birth to her kits. Stop by the nursery and see them!

*She nodds as the clan cheers, yet sadly for Sweetpaw, and speeds down the High Rock.*

*Miststar ran through the forest, paws thudding on the soft grass.*

Great StarClan, she thought, I haven't been out in forever it seems like.

*She stopped to take a brake next to brook and lapped at the water, seeing another cat in the reflection and jumped, then whirled around to face a white she-cat with a gray tabby paw and growled.*

What are you doing in CloverClan territory?

*Not answering, the she-cat stepped to the right, revealing four kits that looked about four moons old, and swiped at her, but she easily dodged it. Without even looking back at her kits, she ran away, far from CloverClan territory. Miststar turned to glance at the kits, all shivering with fright, their eyes staring up at her, all, but one. A dark gray tabby she-kit with blue eyes that looked fagually familiar, then she took a step closer to them and looked at them warmly.*

*After talking to the four kits and leading them back to camp, she leaped onto High Rock once again, calling the clan together.*

CloverClan, these four kits wish to join. Fernflower, if you would wish, would you be a foster mother to Sharpkit, Duskkit, Silverkit, and-

*She glanced at the dark gray tabby she-kit with blue eyes.*

An Old Friend and Her Kits

*She made her way to the High Rock and called the clan together, smiling.*

Today, my old friend, Chloe and her kits will be joining. She will be given the name of Poppyheart as her kits are Skykit, Piperkit, Sandkit, and Shortkit.

*The clan welcomes the new cats.*

Badger

*Miststar skidded into the clearing, not bothering to climb her way up to the High Rock.*

CloverClan! There is a badger making it's way to camp and Twilightivy is alone with it. I want you, Eaglefeather, to run as fast as you can and help her. Birchpelt and Rowanfoot, I want the two of you to attack from different sides of the badger to surprise it. I'm coming, too. Go!

*She ran out of camp with the rest of the cats following behind her.*

Apprentices and Other News

Today, Dashkit and Featherkit will become apprentices.

*She meows after leaping onto High Rock.*

From now on until they earn their warrior names they shall be known as Dashpaw and Featherpaw. Tumbleweed, you will mentor Dashpaw and Willowfeather, you shall mentor Featherpaw.

*Apprentices and mentors touch noses.*

Also, Rainfall is exspecting Sparrow's kits and there is no sign of Rosepaw, Sweetpaw, or Nightkit yet, but we are still on the look out.

*She leaps down, signaling the end of the meeting.*

Another .. Fire?

*Miststar led her patrol of Willowfeather, Fernflame, and Otterwhisker into the forest, but stopped when she smelt something unusual, yet very familiar. Suddenly, she saw smoke rise up into the air and yowled.*

Run!!

*The patrol scatered, but she held her ground and anger burned in her eyes.*

Fire took my son, but they will not take my clanmates.

*But, then, it started to rain and the fire was out. She let out a shakey sigh of relief and backed away from the clearing of burnt trees and bushes.*

*Miststar makes her way to High Rock and calls a clan meeting.*

Tigerkit has decided to join after his home, family, and clan was destroyed and Beechkit has also joined. Seasonthunder shall be their foster mother until he was reached the age of six moons. Blownfeather has also given birth to Dustkit and Mountainkit.

*She leaps down as the clan welcomes the newest members of the clan.*

*Miststar yowled for the clan to geather beneath High Rock.*

Rosepaw and Nightkit have gone missing. They have been missing for days now, and Sweetpaw-

*She gave a short glare to Ravenwing.*

-has gone to search for them without permission, but has not yet come back. We will send search parties. I want Cloudfire, Dapplepaw, Honeyfern, and Brambleheart to search the territory. Pumaclaw, Jadewhisper, Scorchpaw, Duskfall, and Bluepaw to ask some of the nearby clans if they've seen them. Stormwater, Cloverstreak, Silvermuzzle, Leafclaw, Tumbleweed, and Rowanfoot, I would like you to search beyond those areas. Maybe even take two or three days. If anyone finds them, hurry home as quickly as possible.

*She dismisses them to head off to their duties.*

*She leaps onto High Rock.*

Tumbleweed is new and joining as a warrior! Please welcome him. Brightstrek has also given birth to Ravenwing's four healthy kits, Cherrykit, Fallenkit, Snowkit, and Splashkit.

*Jumps back down as the clan cheers for their new clanmates.*

Apprentice and a Queen

*She made her way to High Rock.*

Today, Blown has decided to join our clan. She exspecting kits and will move into the nursery right away. She will also be given the new name of Blownfeather. Berrykit will also become an apprentice today. From this moment on, until you earn your warrior name, you shall be known as Berrypaw and I wil mentor you.

*The clan cheers and she jumps down to greet her new apprentice.*

It is time for Cougarkit and Palekit to become apprentices!

*She announced, already on High Rock.*

From this moment on, until you recieve your warrior name, you shall be known as Cougarpaw and Palepaw. Goldenfeather, you are young and loyal, teach Cougarpaw well. Palepaw, you will be mentored by Stormfrost, who is also young, yet wise.

*The clan cheers for the new apprentices.*

I also want to say that I am glad that after the fire, the clan is once again thriving! Meeting dismissed.

Warriors and New Members

*Miststar sadly walks up to High Ledge, tail down.*

Today, Windpaw, Willowpaw, Darkeningpaw, Fogpaw, and Sparrowpaw will become warriors. Do you promise to uphold the warrior and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?

Then, by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Windpaw, from this moment you will be known as Windpelt. Willowpaw, you will be Willowbreeze and Darkeningpaw will be Darkeningsky. Fogpaw your warrior name will be Fogtail. And last, Sparrowpaw shall be Sparro-

*She was interupted by Sparrowpaw mouthing something to her. She nodded.*

He will be know as just Sparrow. We also will have three new warriors and an apprentice joining. Welcome Twistedfoot, Leafclaw, and Blackstripe. Swiftclaw, since your apprentice is no longer with us, you may mentor Sunpaw. So sorry the joining and making of warriors was delayed by the fire.

*The clan cheers for the new warriors a Miststar made her way down to her den.*

FIRE!!

*Miststar padded out of her den to hear a crackling sound. It was a sound that had grown quite familiar in her dreams, but this time it wasn't a dream.*

Fire.

*The fire crashed through the camp entrance, leaving it in ashes. Miststar yowled in warning.*

Everyone. Get out of the camp! Hurry!!

*She quickly circled camp rushing cats out, going from den to den while the senior warriors found a way out of camp.*

Later. . .

*Miststar coughs as the leads her clan into camp, burnt and ruined. She leaped on High Ledge.*

Okay, first thing first. I think everyone's here, so I'll assign who'll work on re-making the dens. Stormwater, Rowanfoot, and Cloudfire will work on the apprentices' den. Berrysplash and Mistywhisker will repair their den. Leafpool and Lilypaw will collect herbs. The queens will fix the nursery and Lightclaw, Eaglefeather, Hazelberry, and Birchpelt will work on the warriors' den. Jaysong an Wavepaw, you'll make sure the elders' den is fixed. Last, Pumaclaw, organize hunting partols immediately.

*The cats nodd and start on their duties. She was just about to jump off High rock when Stormwater dragged a small, lifeless, and burnt brown tabby tom out of the apprentices' den.*

Molepaw!

*Miststar races to her son's dead body.*

I-I'm sorry. He's. . . dead.

Apprentices and a Sad Loss

*She calls the clan together after jumping onto High Rock.*

Sadly, Dovecloud has passed. But Molekit, Wavekit, and Lilykit will become apprentices today. From this moment, until they has earned their warrior names, these apprentices shall be known as Molepaw, Wavepaw, and Lilypaw. Swiftclaw, you shall mentor Molepaw and Wavepaw, your mentor will be Jaysong. Leafpool, you will mentor Lilypaw.

*Mentors and apprentices touch noses. The clan cheers, but also morns for Dovecloud.*

*Miststar leaps onto High Rock.*

First off, I would like to say that Lightpaw didn't like clan life, so she gave up and became a kittypet. Though that is sad, her brothers, Graypaw and Birchpaw will become warriors today. Graypaw and Birchpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?

I do.

Then, by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Graypaw, from this moment you will be known as Grayfrost. Birchpaw, your warior name shall be Birchpelt.

*The clan cheered their names.*

A Dream

*Miststar was having a hard time getting to sleep, but when she did, she was submerged in a dream.*

*She awoke to find herself in the middle of the forest. Suddenly, a huge fire raged through, catching fire on everything it passed.*

Oh, no.

*Finally, out of the crner of her eye, she saw herself leading the clan away from the flames, toward IvyClan. She was about to go after them when she saw more cats. Miststar gasps.*

Lilykit! Wavekit!

*Then, she gave a puzzled look.*

Wait, that can't be them, but who else would it be?

*Older versions of Wavekit, Lilykit, Rosepaw, and Dapplepaw, along with Runningfleet and Tide, were darting in and out from the fire. She's scared to death, but then see's water swirling around them.*

Amazing! H-How'd they do that?

*Miststar stared as the fire started to die out until a blast of fiery red sent one of her kits flying.*

NOOOO!!

*Her dream was cut off as she awoke in a cold sweat.*
