Lightpaw burst into the den. "Dewstar! Dewstar!" She shrunk slightly as the three cats turned to look at her.

Lightpaw agitatedly waved her white and ginger tail in the air. "There's a fox by the Great Stone!", she meowed loudly. "Stormwater sent me to tell you!"

ReplyDelete"Dewstar, my sister Dawnfire's kits are 6 moons old now, and perhaps we should start thinking about the ceremony," Brookshadow meowed as the entered her leader's den, staring defiantly up at the dark gray tabby she-cat, half expecting Dewstar to reprimand her boldness. But her sister's kits were clearly old enough and itching to get out of the nursery, and if Dawnfire couldn't ask Dewstar, she would. Brookshadow was not about to let Swiftkit, Goldenkit, and Stormkit be ignored, however big the commotion about Mistpaw was.

Dewstar padds into her den and curls up in her nest. She shivered, even though it was in the middle of greenleaf. She began to cough. First only a few times, but then over and over again. Dewstar stood up and ran out of her den and into the forest. She puked on a leaf, then padded back into camp and into the medicine den, feeling very sickly.

"Are you all right?" she says as she rushes to her mentor, dropping the fish at her side.

She looked up. "Yes, I'm fine," she murmurs, finally closing her eyes, only for a faded image of herself departs from her body.

She took a step back in fright and stammers, "Y-Your losing a life."

She nodds and stands up on stronger feet, looking more healthy and thought to herself dreadfully, I have only four lives left.

Ravenpaw walks in and repectfully nots to Dewstar. "Greetings, Dewstar," he says to his leader, "Today when I was hunting I smelled something other than the prey. I smelled cat scent, but not from any clan I know." (the scent is from my newest character, Dovecloud, look at the join page) Ravenpaw looks and Dewstar and asks "What sould we do?"

"WE do not have to do anything. This is your first day as an apprentice and Stormwater told me what happened. You must ony go out ucompinied by your mentor and hunt for the clan, then first. Tell Tigerfang that you will spend the rest of the day taking care of the elders," she meows. (Dewstar's in a cranky mood.)

She nodds, but says, "Wait!" When the apprentice trails back in she says, "I don't mind you hunting byyourself, but not on your first day here. Also, be careful when eating something on a hunting patrol. The clan must be fed first." Once the apprentice nodds and leaves the den she calls, "Icefrost, you can come in."

"Thank you Dewstar." Icefrost replyed. "Umm, I was wondering if you would let me mentor one of the kits when they are old enough to become apprentices. I know I'm kind of new, but I have an urge to mentor a cat." Icefrost looked down hoping Dewstar would allow her.

This morning Bramblepaw and I were at the beach and Flamepaw was there, and there was a fight(read about it at the beach plz)and Bramblepaw scratched Flamepaw's eye and then he ran away. He said he went to live as a rouge(he said later he will come back) and I'm not sure why. I think he was afraid of what might happen if he came back to camp. Maybe he thought he would have to leave the clan anyway because of what he did to Flamepaw," as Fernpaw spoke, her eyes filled with tears,"You would'nt really kick him out of Cloverclan would you? I understand you would need to punish him, but he would still get to live here in Cloverclan and become a warrior, right?" She looked at Miststar with pleading eyes. "You know the way you feel about Otterwhisker? You would just die if he had to leave you forever wouldn't you? That's how I feel now, with Bramblepaw gone. I want him back. If I could purswade him you would let him come back youldn't you? He just got a little angry because Flamepaw was spying on us, I tried to stop him, but he did it, he clawed Flamepaw's eye. At least he didn't kill him right? I know it was wrong, but if someone was spying on you with Otterwhisker you would want to teach them a lesson, too right? She sat down in front of Miststar, staring blankly at her. "I have an eye problem and it's getting worse. In no time, I'll be comepletely blind. Right now, all I see it blurred colors. I tried to talk to Berrysplash, but she is so busy. This problem started yesterday, and it wasn't as bad. But now, I feel the best thing to do.." she meowed, then hesitated before continuing. " Is to make me and elder. I'm not young enough to learn how to be a blind warrior. So, I need to retire." She stared blankly at the ground, hanging her head. She did not want to be an elder, but it was the only thing she could be now.

Dovecloud was heartbroken, she loved being a warrior. She wasn't even old enough to be a senoir warrior, though she was close. She felt like she was handing her life away. She stood up and left Miststar's den meowing "Thank you," very painfully.

Miststar is just too stuck-up!< Once Miststar was gone, he ruffled up her nest and spat in it. He left the den, thinking >It wasn't MY fault that Sweetpaw left!!
